Review by Jeremias de Leon
Katie and her Vampblades go on a bit of a rampage while fighting the vamps with her friends. Along the way some really crazy shenanigans occur that take place across town and end up with, a strange encounter and a good old fashioned cliff hanger.
The characters are written well in this issue, Katie’s friends provide some insight into the Vampblades and what exactly is going on with Katie.
The art is nicely stylized. It seems odd to say this because this is a comic book but it’s perfectly comic book. The colors are nice and colorful and the action is just sweet to see.
This book is a very fun read, and the last part of it definitely makes sure this book earns it’s mature rating. If you’ve been enjoying Katie’s adventures so far this will make you want to stick around for more. If this is all new to you but you like action, and darker more adult oriented stories then this would be a good issue to see what you’ve been missing. Vampblade Season 2 # 4 gets an 8.5 out of 10
